El servicio eléctrico se ha restablecido este sábado 9 de marzo en varias zonas de Caracas, luego del apagón que comenzó la tarde del jueves 7 de marzo mientras que en algunas barriadas de la capital de Venezuela y más de la mitad del país lleva 40 horas seguidas sin luz.
